Note to Facilitator –

DAAC President

1. Start the session with briefing of last session and plan of action.

2. Give brief about the roles and responsibilities of each member.

3. Collect the handouts, display materials, slogans, posters and display these on prominent

places.

4. Give direction and ensure smooth execution of the Awareness Drive.

Based on your plan for community engagement, start the execution

Suggested ways –

1. Celebrate Environment day in your school, develop flyers, placards, distribution material to

spread awareness in school and neighbourhood.

2. Awareness campaign on “Responsible Use of Plastic” in neighbourhood society or school

gate.

Pre-planning for next week

DAAC President

1. Collect all the displayed material back and sum up the activity.

2. Give brief about next week plan.

3. Ask each member to write down the learnings of the campaign as a short note.

DAAC Vice President

1. Take pictures and videos of the activity.

2. Prepare agenda for the next week

DAAC Secretary - Record the minutes of meeting and circulate the agenda for next week.

DAAC Treasurer – Take signature of all participants. Collect testimonials from teachers/community

members on the selected activity.
